Adina specializes in complex and high-stakes investigations in the context of due diligence and shareholder activism, including proxy contests and takeover bids, and has strong experience in internal and external investigations, FCPA, asset searches, and market intelligence.
Adina has conducted investigations for law firms, public and private companies, government agencies, sovereign wealth funds, and high-net-worth individuals. She has experience working across industries, including financial services, entertainment, media and technology, retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, energy and mining, and various trade associations. Adina has managed projects throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, Canada, and the Middle East.
Adina began her career at the Anti-Defamation League, a New York-based civil rights organization, where she researched and analyzed domestic extremist movements.
Adina received her undergraduate degree in philosophy, magna cum laude, from Barnard College in New York and her Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She is fluent in Hebrew.
